Elise Falloon

Founder of Strength to Strength Mental & Physical Healthcare, Elise combined her qualifications and experience to create an exercise for mental health space. Her passion and goal is to make exercise accessible for everyone, educate and empower people to create life long healthy sustainable habits. She is passionate about the connection between the mind and body and how we can learn and utilise ways to optimise our health and wellbeing.

Elise uses a holistic approach to practice and provides a safe space for anyone to feel comfortable to begin their health journey.

Elise has also created youth workshops for the learning support units using a fun, interactive and inclusive way to promote the importance of healthy habits and exercise for mental health.

Elise aims to ensure each individual/client is paired with the right trainer to help them on their health journey, she also provides an on going support and care service for each individual.

She is excited to be introducing three new services coming this year in August 2022:

  • Social Work therapeutic & Coaching services

  • Female Empowerment

  • Running Programs

Isabella Ballard

Isabel is a busy mum with a passion for keeping herself and the community fit and healthy. She has over 10 years of health and fitness experience. Isabel implements a variety of training styles to suit the clients needs and works with them to encourage and empower them to achieve their health goals.

Alison Yates

Alison has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry and loves working with people in helping them achieve their own health goals. Alison loves keep herself and the community fit with a combination of outdoor and gym training. She also loves competing in community events and obstacles like spartan. She is also a busy mum and loves to promote the important of exercise to everyone around her.

 

Naomi Blair

Naomi has been active her whole life and loves the sense of achievement physical activity can bring. She has personally used exercise as treatment for anxiety and wishes to share this coping strategy with others and motivate people to discover just how they good they can feel.

Naomi is a certified PT, Mental Health First Aider and reality TV lover.
