Elise, founder of Strength to Strength Mental & Physical Healthcare, blends her qualifications and experience to create a welcoming space for exercise and mental health. Her mission is to make exercise accessible for everyone, empowering individuals to develop lifelong healthy and sustainable habits. Elise is passionate about the mind-body connection and is dedicated to teaching others how to optimize their health and wellbeing.

With a holistic approach, Elise provides a safe and supportive environment for anyone beginning their health journey. She ensures each client is paired with the right trainer and offers ongoing support and care tailored to individual needs.

Strength to Strength is a women-led organization, now with a dedicated team of health professionals committed to providing comprehensive care and support.

Elise also established the Strength to Strength Foundation, a non-profit charity dedicated to organising community programs aimed at reducing and managing mental illness. The foundation’s initiatives focus on movement, connection, and education, providing resources and support to individuals and communities in need.

Isabella Ballard

Isabel is a busy mum with a passion for keeping herself and the community fit and healthy. She has over 10 years of health and fitness experience. Isabel implements a variety of training styles to suit the clients needs and works with them to encourage and empower them to achieve their health goals.

Alison Yates

Alison has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry and loves working with people in helping them achieve their own health goals. Alison loves keep herself and the community fit with a combination of outdoor and gym training. She also loves competing in community events and obstacles like spartan. She is also a busy mum and loves to promote the important of exercise to everyone around her.

 
 

Naomi Blair

Naomi has been active her whole life and loves the sense of achievement physical activity can bring. She has personally used exercise as treatment for anxiety and wishes to share this coping strategy with others and motivate people to discover just how they good they can feel.

Naomi is a certified PT, Mental Health First Aider and reality TV lover.
