“Before meeting Elise (Strength to Strength). Honestly it was hard to wake up everyday wondering what to do or some says just want to stay in bed because of depression or anxiety. Since meeting Elise, it took a while to keep appointments steady. Elise still continued to encourage me to attend sessions even if it was just a walk. I am now able to have a routine and honestly love my progress and the strong will I have with PT sessions. Elise’s support helps me in many ways more so with my mental health. I love training with Elise as she makes the sessions enjoyable and add variety with gym and I love walking and working out with a beautiful beach view :) even trail hikes have amazing surroundings of the beach and nature, I call it “Fourby track”.
