  • Our SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING offers a unique and individualised style of training. With no more then 5 per session, we remain goal centred and personal whilst still enjoying the company, accountability and motivation of your peers.

Looking for a motivating group of like minded people??

  • Our GROUP sessions have a maximum of 10 people and focus around the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). We target aerobic capacity and combine with strength components. We get your heart racing! We pride ourselves in taking an individual approach so ALL exercises can be modified to suit ALL abilities. This is a great way to meet other people with similar health and fitness goals and enjoy the motivation of others :)

Our sessions are fun and motivating and we aim for our clients to leave and come back for more. We believe a balance of exercise and sustainable healthy habits assists in the achievement for optimal health.
