Almond Butter Brownies

Flourless brownies - I find leaving the flour out keeps them rich and fudgey and doesn’t dry them out - also a great gluten free healthy treat. This recipe is a keeper as you wouldn’t even know they are a healthier version of brownies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1 x cup coconut sugar

  • 2 x large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • salt

  • handful of dark chop chips

Recipe:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the choc chips to make a thick batter texture

  2. Line baking tray with baking paper - pour ingredients into the tray and use a spoon to press down - add the choc chips on top

  3. Bake in oven for around 20 mins

  4. Take out of oven and leave to cool before slicing because they will harden a little bit

  5. Enjoy on their own or with some Greek yoghurt
